Space is limited and will be assigned in the order in which the paid applications are received. Make checks payable to the Friends Of The Nipomo Library,
(nonprofit #77-0258377) and applications must be received no later than Thursday, August 5, 2010. Booth fees are Non-refundable. Mail your check and registration form to

Terms & Conditions
I understand that I assume all risks for loss, theft, damage, liability, cost, or expense, that I may incur during the FONL Fair and, further
agree that I will hold harmless the Friends of the Nipomo Library, the County of San Luis Obispo, the Nipomo Library, and their directors, officials, volunteers, employees,
and agents, from any claims, loss, liability, damage, or, cause of action, including attorney's fees, that I may incur, suffer, or, be required to pay, in the course of my participation as a vendor
at the 2010 Friends Fall Fair.
I further assume full responsibility for the safety and insurance of my own booth space, for all sales tax,
occasioned by its use, and, for cleaning up, and removing, my materials and any trash in the area assigned to me. I understand that no pets, no loud music,
or, no alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
I agree not to exceed my assigned space, nor, to infringe on neighboring spaces. I will not move to another location without official permission.

Nipomo Library Friends Fair - 2010 Vendor Information
Second Annual Library Friends Fair
Welcome artists, crafters, authors, community businesses and organizations.
Friends of the Nipomo Library is now accepting applications for booth spaces.
Date Saturday, August 21, 2010;
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Where Nipomo Library - 918 West Tefft Street; Nipomo, CA 93444
Set-Up Begin no earlier than 7:30 a.m. Saturday, August 21, 2010.
Set-up must be completed by 8:45 a.m. Vendors are responsible for their own setup material, including tables, chairs, signs, display materials, etc.
Parking Following setup, vendor vehicles must be moved to the adjacent Dana School parking lot.
Breakdown Breakdown and cleanup begins at 2:00 p.m.
Vendors must remove all displays, materials, and any trash.
